- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service! Customer service isn't their priority. Taking customers money is their objective! New management needs to be retained. They don't believe in making Courtesy calls to inform customers of possible cancellation of policy. My policy was cancelled for 10 days and I never received a courtesy call before or during the time my policy wasn't valid. I called the manager to inform her that their customer service and professionalism wasn't acceptable and she hung the phone up in my face.
